flowering help needed !!!!

how long till i can flower ??
Advice is needed people please comment and help even if some one has said and you have a diffrent idea please do comment

do you think my plants look healthy ? for 2 weeks or 18/6 ?

they look good for 2 weeks, you can flower when you want but the longer you let it veg the bigger it will be when you chop...and the more weed you will have to smoke ! it will double in size when you switch to 12/12
