CFLs=compact fluorescent lights, they're those twirly bulbs that are suppose to save electricity. They work great for the veg state of a plant.

Slanga you need to do some serious reading, it doesn't sound like you know anything at all about growing whatsoever.

The highest you can find. Don't use anything less then 23 watts.

No, but I remember when I didn't know what indica and sativa were. I came here for a long time and lurked around for a couple years actually. Then I started getting some real knowledge. Growing came naturally to me. Don't know if its because I'm country or the fact I studied like I was gonna take a test on it, but something worked for me.
