Flowering lighting

I got 2 viparspectra 450w lights in a 4x4 tent, and I was wondering when I switch to flower next week. Should I still use both switches on both lights or should I use only bloom lights on both..... for more red spectrum?

More red for flowering. Flip that switch.

Run all switches on, all the time. Those lights are underpowered as it is.

I would turn on all switches now. No need to wait for flower
