Hey guys I was told/read that any disturbance by light in the plants dark cycle is bad.. what does bad mean? i couldnt find anything on what happens if so. they beenflowerin for about 2 weeks and i just sexed them today. out of 4 so far i got 2 females!! anyway... there were 2 incidences where i HAD to turn the light on early.. it was about ten to fifteen mins early is, is that a big deal? and also one of my plants is lookin like a male... how long untill they "polinate" i want to keep it a lil longer yet to make sure but i dont wanna take a chance... should i seperate it?

no that wont be a big deal....if its just before the light comes on anyway its no problem

its when it happens in the middle of darkness when you will get problems (ie when light comes on and then goes off......or maybe the room next door has a light on and its coming thru under the door, if its bright enough it will affect them)

most likely if its stresses it enough it will hermie on you...other things liek mutated growth and stuff like that can happen

this depends on genetics as well for certain strains to be more sensitive to certain stressors

about the male you will see sacs long before they split open and release pollen

you just have to make sure there are no hidden ones that you miss and open on you....just need to pay attention everyday

I have a crappy timer that broke. Luckily I was around to notice but I was about half an hour late to turn on the lights. I didn't notice it have any effect at all on the plants. I would imagine it's only a problem if it's a regular occurence and there's hours rather than minutes in the difference

every once in a while is ok, if you have to mess with them during their dark time use a green light.
