use both if u can! otherwise use the HPS!!

Pidgeon Well-Known Member Jun 23, 2008 #25 Nah, not really a problem. It is better that you use a HPS all the way through rather than a MH. The MH really only shortens the growth period and makes your plants a bit bushier with thicker stems, but only marginally.
