flowering or pre-flowering

Is my plant flowering?

Its an outdoor grow. And according to me daylight is still suffecient.

As of today:
Sunrise Today:05:50
Sunset Today:18:54

Daylight Hours:13 hours, 4 minutes (-1m 23s)

And for the next week its still on 13 hours daylight. The plant does get afternoon shade, so maybe only about 4 hours full blown sun.

Preflowers started showing a while ago. But now the calyx(?) looks like they are swolen and i see orange hairs which tells me im in full blown flowering and not just pre, right. Fan leaves are also starting to turn to 3 blades.

I tried to take 2 pics but was in a hurry so they are not perfect.

Yep it looks like Yer in preflower.

Bag seed. Unknown strain. So what are the signs that she has left pre flower and entered full flower. Obviously i know 12/12 is full blown flower. But in nature? Whats some of the physical signs

You willl know, the white hairs will start to swell and look more like the buds we know and love.
