Haha no, lights on 12/12 will make your plants flower. But i'd suggest staying on 18/6 until the 5-6 node set. If you don't know this i'd say you better start reading up, don't jump headfirst into growing without knowing at least the basics. -2cent-

im out side i just brought homefor pics cause i dont have a dig cam so i took the pics and brought them back outjsut thought it was awfuullly bushy

That plant has some issues im thinking lighting is it getting atleast 7 hrs of direct sun??If you keep moving and changing the amount of light it receives you gonna get a hermie.If i was you id spend 20 bucks on a timer and cfls24/7 to let it settle down then put it back outside to flower.
