flowering problem cab grow...

Hey guys i'm new to this and I got a problem…I started a small closet grow and I vegged the plants for about a month n a half. I’m not sure if that was long enough but shortly after that I threw them in flowering now for about 2 ½ weeks and they are not showing any signs of sex yet. They look like sativa but they’re just bag seed from a friend so no idea what strain. by the looks of the out door girls they could get pretty tall two are about four and a half feet and the other one is about three n they are all from the same bag and the same age as mine.

The only thing I did was tying mine down more and made em bushy aside from being grown under cfl’s. The veg’ing was great with the 6500 bulbs (2 60watt n 150watt) they grew really healthy with miracle grow moisture control soil. The only thing I know I might have screwed up on is not checking my ph but it doesn’t look like the plants are suffering now in flowering with plant food which is at Schultz food 10-15-10 which I got from another friend that’s been using it but outdoors. The plants look a lot more green and are growing healthier but stretching. My lighting for the flower box is 4 60watt 2700k bulbs the box has good ventilation and relective. The plants are stretching maybe from too little light? The box is only 1 square foot. The lady’s are in the night cycle right now till later tonight so I’ll have pics as soon as the lights go back on. So hopefully just the long ass paragraphs for now will help get me an answer to what is the problem or what my mistake is so I could fix it asap. Thanks for helping a fellow grower.:joint:
