so my plants are big enough to start flowering, so i turn the lights to 12/12. when its time to turn them back on, all of the plants leaves are pointing straight to the soil. i didnt under/over water, or anything. all i did was change the lights. what the hell?

Weird, I would say that it might have been too cold or they needed water. Could that be a possibility?

could be normal if they are stretching for more light, especially if you changed from MH to HPS. have seena few gals make me stop and think shit is she gonna stop doing that-growing I mean. some other gals are content with their size 4 frames. anyway, if they are stretching they will droop at lights off. I have seen my gals do it like clockwork an hour before lights out.
so when it is lights on, I say damn, guess they were droopy for a reason and are like a 89 year old on 4 viagras.
but like joselmon said, KISS, are the signs more of overwatering and wilty/puffy or big new growth fan leaves droopy with smaller growth normal?
soil or hydro?

haha, Im def a bit high right now so excuse me for any impropriates-spell check please

they are stretched id say. so the droopyness is normal? that seems odd. im using soil and no i dont have a timer. some fan leaves are fine while others on the same plant wilt. i think it might have smething to do with the co2 levels in the small space that i use.

A timer is highly suggested and they're relatively cheap.

Can you post a pic so we can get a visual of what you are talking about?

step up the watering on the strecthed plant a bit. feed as normaly would just add an extra water in there. yeah, if they stretch alot during this time, and not all strains do, they grow so fast they usually require a bit more water and the droopiness is normal if they spring back in the morning, like a bat outta hell. if they dont, they u r still underwatered. a bit of nightime droop is a good sign for me.
