I have had my 6 plants under a 12/12 cycle for 2 and a half weeks now and i can only tell the gender of 2 plants, the rest just haven't developed. Is this a problem?

Give it time. Some strains take longer. How long did you veg for? I did 7 weeks of veg and was able to cut half the males out the because they showed preflowers. Wait 4 more days and ill bet you have all of them sexed.

They veged for 2 weeks in a hydro setup. They were around 9 inches when i put them on 12/12. They have been flowering for 2 and a half weeks now and there over 40 inches tall, but still not developing gender.
