Flowering question

I jacked some guys thread asking this, and for that I apologize BUT. When do you guys start the flowering clock? From the time you switch the light cycle OR when pistils show? I count as soon as I make the light switch. By doing this it seems Im always behind everyone else in the flowering cycle. Keep in mind I Scrog so I veg till it shows preflowers.

I started my flowering cycle yesterday, after 5 weeks of veg.
I gave my queen 36 hours of darkness, then hit her with some bud blood, to speed up flowering.

So you consider flowering time to start when you make the swith than?

i start the flowering cycle by just switching to 12/12 without a dark cycle and start my week 1 flowering countdown. i use the foxfarms nute schedule and start the week 1 flowering nutes. i always end up flowering for at least 2 weeks longer than what the breeder specifies as flowering time.

My flowerin cycle started after 8 weeks of vegging....i started my flowering cycle ona sunday... The whole week my light cycle was 20/4.... On friday my lights were 18/6... On saturday my lights went 16/8... On suday the lights were 0/24.... I gave them a day of total darkness to recover.... Then on monday i started... 12/12... Keep in mind that u must flush ur plants before flowering cycle starts....

i find itz more acurate to count from first sighs of white hairs,
and not from 12/12.
thats why people will tell ye at the end of your grow ye need another week. lolz

LOL figures.... every time a guy (or girl) asks "is it done yet" I know for a fact hes going to get flooded with "at least 75 more weeks" lol
