flowering stage NEED HELP

ok so on the 21st i changed the light cyle from 18/6 - 12/12
this is whaty i need to understand it didnt show sex till the 28th and its female what week of flowering would it be on and how big should the buds be im using a 2-7-4 npk organic spikes (8 of them) around the plant when should i be harvesting? and is it alright to take my flowering plat outside if its early spring or should i just leave it inside and not worry about it?
so heres what im asking if this is a lil hard to understand

1.i changed my light cycle the 21st it started flowering the 28th so do i count the week i waited for it to show sex or not?
2.how long has it been?
3.what time should i look to be harvesting?
4.will it harm my plant to put it outside in the sun even though its early spring?

3.Totally dependent on the plant itself.
4.Not really though it's most likely gonna start to reveg itself as the days grow longer.

They look healthy but light starved,what kinda lights ya got on them?

they do look healthy, right on pace for a week 3 of flower. one more week and start with a light flowering enhancer.

3 26 watt cfls and a 20 wat and a 18 wat should i move the light closer?

how far away r they now

I have zero experience with cfl's other than rooting cuts,hopefully someone who does will wander in.
