What 2700k cfl do i buy cause i havent seen a daylight 2700k only soft white and warm something so which exact cfl 2700k do i look for at walmart pleasse help my time is almost up at the library thank youuuuuuuuu

Ur right about the lights u need soft white or warm white...it gives off the red spectrum the plants need to flower it won't to have cool white or daylight in the too

its jusr a label makers use. the color spectrum is what matters, the 2700k part. for flowering you should still use some blue spectrum too. around 1 blue spectrum bulb for every 2 red spectrum bulbs should be fine.

i got one kush plant flowering it has alot of orange and white hairs at the tips and i got 4 baby kush plants vegetating under a t8 fixture from walmart with 6500k fluorecent bulbs so do you recommend me buying the warm white 2700k and how many bulbs should i use for my 1 flowering plant??? Thanx man your the shit

Jus like he said and jus like i said earlier but warm or soft is the same jus different names used by different manufactures

If you look at most bulb packaging they will state coloring 2700k is what you want, daylight bulbs are closer to 6400k, meaning there is no daylight bulb that is 2700k, no such thing.
Go to walmart, go to home depot or such and look at the CFL's get the highest actual watt 2700k bulb you can find.

O wow i did not know that and all this time i could have been using the 27ook warm whites i have for flowring gosh im pist now thanx alot though man you guys are plant savers in my eyes this is my first grow im using fox farm and tiger bloom for my flowering one and i bought this shiny metalized reflector from the hydroponic shop by my house for 20 bucks seemd expensive but i didnt wanna use foil this stuff i bought reflects good

How big is that plant and r u using the t8 to flower it but the size is what will tell u how many bulbs u need

mixed spectrum is ideal for all stages of life. cannabis has 2 types of chloroplasts, one that interacts with the blue side of the spectrum and one that interacts with the red side of the spectrum. so using only 1 spectrum limits your plants potential. how large is the 1 flowering plant you have now? do you intend to do more plants flowering in the future or just flower 1 plant at a time? cuz i can probably help you on your flowering lighting for next time if you tell me the space and how large you are planning on growing the plants if you are going to do more.
