when it is time to start flowering, i understand i change to the 12/12 cycle, but can i still use my vegging lights mixed with my red spectrum flowering lights?
that way theres more lumen's? or will the mixture of the blue spectrum make it not go into flower

Keep all the lights on it the more the better so keep the mix it will flower just fine.

Yep just switch it to 12/12 make sure you have no light leakage into your room and you don't disturb your plants during the dark period and you will be just fine.

Ideally you'd start flowering after the plant pre-flowered at the end of its vegetative stage. But we don't always have the luxury of time and especially space since most pot plants double or triple in size after switching to 12/12. So you have to use your best judgement for when to make the switch. The longer you can allow your plants to grow in vegetative stage, the larger your yields. But again, space will dictate how long you can veg.

Yes, you can use both spectrums during both veg and flower (I do - i use a 400w MH and a 600w HPS through the entire grow).

the most important thing about switching to 12/12 is keep the dark period dark - no interruptions!

yea its a closet in my house only leak is space under the door, but i have a dark blue towel under door to keep light and in and when its lights off time, to keep lights out \
but i dont have much light leakage in that room that would interrupt them anyways

i usually throw mine into 12/12 after about 4-6 weeks veg (and they still overgrow my box)!

if you can - try to seal up ALL light leaks.

sounds like you need more/better lighting and some ventilation - exhaust fan and oscillating fan gently blowing on them.

well yea but they havent even been in this new grow room for 24 hours, they were droopy and tiny stemmed before they got here

they were in an open space before here and under a T3 Halogen Bulb
so i think thats why they are mainly the way they are & i think i over watered them
