Hi, I'm pretty new to growing and I just put my plats into flowering stage and they have been in there for almost 2 weeks and I've yet to see anything letting me know if there male or female. I was wondering if this is normal or if maybe something is wrong I'm using soft lighting fluorescent lights. Thanks everyone.

Should see something either way in the next few days. Do you know what pre-flowers look like? Two weeks is about average to see something so should be any day now.

dont panic dude. it kinda depends on what light cycle u vegged in. i.e. if u vegged 24/0 it will take a little bit longer to show u something rather than if u vegged on 18/6 she shows u quicker. but dont sweat it at 2 weeks. any day now dude.

my biggest tip would be to not start 12/12 until you see alternating nodes and preflowers indicating the plant is mature and ready to begin flowering when you are if possible. unless space is an issue you could of vegged the last few weeks and then begun flowering when they showed and they would go right into flowering without this waiting after being put into 12/12.
