Well, you mean tricomes? They spread across. I have never seen, all cloudy. There are still some clear, when I begin to get some Amber color.
As to when, that is totally to do with the strain, the phenotype expression, and the environment.

Maybe that's what I'm missing in need to do a few weeks of vegg at 12/12 and then move into the big budz time for 8-9 weeks of 24/0 light got it

yes veggie stage is 12/12. flowery stage is 18/6, 20/4 or 24/0

nah they don't need light when they have their taproots (round leaves) they contain all they need for the first two weeks
