I would get some 2700k lights, I run 213watts cfl, and i dont put my lights in a reflector, I hang them vertically to maximize the efficency of the bulbs, If you hang them horizonally with a reflector, it diffuses the foot print of the light. I also run scrog and I only started doing it after being disappointed with any other method while using cfls. I used to get about 1 - 1.5 oz's dried off of each plant. but i wasn't happy with the way the plant was. The top colas would be big and dense, while 6 inches down the secondary colas would be less developed and a lot less dense. I took a plant and stuck it under a 2x2 screen with 36 holes in it, I vegged for about a month longer( until all 36 holes had at least 1 top sticking out of it) and flowered like normal. I was AMAZED ! I had a plant with more then 40 main colas, all of them just as big and dense as the one before it. After it was proplery dried and cured, I had 4.5 oz's . It was roughly a 400% increase in productivity and the only drawback is that it will take longer to veg it. Now i have been doing it for a yr or so and i won't grow any other way . I also run both 2700k and 6500k lights in the flower room at the same time, Lots of people will knock it but it works really good for me. Give it a try and you wont be dissapointed.
