u should acyually use 100w not equivs.cfls will make a dense bud, really put on weight in the last weeks.mine doubled if not trippled in mass in the last 3 weeks.i was suppose to harvest today, but im goin to wait another week.ill prob get an oz dry.there a good choice for first timers and for those wit budget problems, also ppl wit heat and electrical restraints.

there a good choice to go with.

i cant order them because of the people i live with. i dont want them to get suspicious im tryin to keep it on the dl. thats why im doin a stealth speaker grow. in my area i only have enough room for 3 bulbs. what are the best cfls i could use to flower my 1 plant with 3 bulbs?

u can order a 125w cfl and it comes lookin like a reg package but u need a mogul base.

use full spectrum bulbs if u want a really dense bud that ooozes with honey.it will also keep ur plant short and not really strech bc it is getting the correct light for growth.a 3500k bulb will make ur bud fluffy and lighter.its ur choice.

how many full spectrum 23watt=100watt equiv.'s would i need to flower 1 plant. im only trying to get a small yield because of space issues. im going to be flowering early i just want a personal yield and dont have a lot of room..would i be better off getting full spectrums or 3500k in my situation.

heres ur answer to how many bulbs u need to equal 100w.
u take 100w devided by 23 and u get how many bulbs u need.it will be a decimal point in the final product so round up or round down to howmany bulbs u need

I've got one 125watt CFL cool white 6400k. I didn't have enough cash to get another one, so i got a lighting gel, and put that over it to convert it to approx 3000k.

You need a Straw gel, dense orange colour. Google Lee Filters to check the exact colour

The gel cost about £2.

Seems to work a treat.

Don't know if thats any help.

DH.
