Flowering with metal halide ?

I have a Jack herer mother plant that I've taken 12 sucessful clones off of and now want to flower it out so we can put a new strain in. I'm using a 400 watt hortulux eye metal ace. Can I instead of puting it in the other room were there's no more room for plants just flower with the metal halide ?

Some people say it makes the buds loose and airy. The MH is a little less luminums than the hps. Cfl is basicly the same spectrum of light as the Mh. Only its not a HID and the wattage is LESS. People still flower with it. The 400 watt would be good for 12 SOG plants and would make some good smoke.
They can flower under 12/12 under anything.

I'm flowering half of my room with a Sun Pulse 1000W 3K light right now. It's working great so far. I've got a month or so before I will have real evidence to cite.
