Flowering

Approximately how long does it take for them to show sex once time is set to 12/12 ?? I found a thread on here about how to tell with a pic of each male and female, but i cant really see the male plant very well. I have only had time changed for 2 days now so i dont expect it to happen overnight, but was just curious when i could expect to see some hairs hopefully.

It depends on what kind of strain You have. Some can show sex after 2 days in flowering, some - after 2 weeks.
Don`t worry - You will see the difference between male and female plant.

yeah guy at work yesterday said bout 7-10 days is what it has taken for him in the past...but different strain....this is Jack Flash #5....am still hoping fem seeds are what they claim to be and the past two months hasnt been a total waste...altho ive tried about everything to kill it...and it is still kicking...amazingly...lmao

I know mine showed sex after 5 days. If you don't have one a magnifying glass will help you to identify them alittle earlier. Those little white hairs can be difficult to see with the naked eye. I have heard of it taking up to 2 weeks before some strains show sex.

If you got Fem seeds your only real concern is a hermie. Depending on where you got them, what strain they are and how they were treated you should be golden.

It took about 3 days for my first 3 females to show, the youngest female took 8 days to show.

thanks for the info....yeah i just noticed mine showing this past friday evening...so ive been all smiles since ) took about 7 days before i noticed the hairs
