flowering

my outdoor plant is starting to get eaten up by pests and i'm not cool with that. is there any way to force an outdoor plant into flowering without having to buy lights and bring it inside?

Turn off the sun?? is this a trick question?? you could just use an insecticide and kill the bugs your not cool with?? VV

i've used organic insecticides and they have failed me.

yeah, i know its a dumb question, but i'm pissed off and dont want my plant to be gone before it can even bud.

Yeah, put a black trash bag over it say from 7pm till 7am. Just an example but you want 12/12. It's a pain doing it everyday but if you want her to flower faster.

Edit: As for pests find out what type of pests is munching on your plants and do a search how to cure the problem.
