flowering?

i have a girl thats 2 months and one thats almost 31/2 months they r outdoor in 5 gallon pots with straight farmland soil i had them on 6-12-6 then bout two weeks ago they started getting white pistols and they were coverd with them in a week...so i put them on 15-30-15 once a week....the pistols on the 31/2 old one r turnin light goldishbrown they look healthy i just wanna make sure im doin everything right ill get pics soon as my cameras fixed ive been askin bout this for days no one ever answers

wait, 2 (and 31/2) months in veg? or flower? if you are in flower, sounds like things are fine, so long as those buds are also thickening up a bit since they are already changing hair color.

if you are in veg, i would say switch those bitches to flower! lol. if so those would be preflowers that are already changing color in expectation of not growing buds? dunno really, never vegged a plant that long.

ones 2 monthes and ones 3 1/2 months i just have them outside and i water them every other day cuz its real hot here butthe 2 month old has kind of short real white hairs covering it and the 3 1/2 month old dosnt have as many but there longer and changing color but i dont see any buds yet

Same thing happened to two of my plants about the same age. Just preflowers. Today is the longest day of the year. My plants normally start to flower in late july-august.

As today is the longest day of the year, those of us growing outdoors will see plants begin to flower in two weeks to a month. When growing outdoors you are kind of at the mercy of the sun's cycles and there is nothing wrong with that longer flowering period just means beefier harvest. If you are in a hurry to harvest, and because your plants are in buckets, you can theoretically reduce their daily light to only twelve hours, and then bring them indoors and put in a dark closet for the next twelve hours. Kind of replicating what indoor growers do when flowering. As for the people who are slaves to scheduled flowering I offer this monster for your consideration. This plant has been in the ground since April, after a month worth of growth indoors, and still has about three months still to go. All told these plants will probably see a total of 7-8 months growing time, but I bet the harvest will be worth it.

i definatly think im goin to let mother nature do her work but i have three more almost 4 months with no hairs or sacs any ideas
