I want to know if she's ready or if I'm doing something wrong I have no water drainage

She looks healthy, how much light you have? Looks like you need more

It looks like she has started to go into flower now buddy but i have a few pointers for you.

That pot you have her in is it a clay/ceramic pot with no drain holes i am guessing, if so you want to more her into a pot with more holes or a fabric pot to allow oxygen to the roots.

What lights are you currently running and where is she growing?
