Flowering

Ok so I started flower a week ago and I'm wondering can I still trim up my plant is bushey i am using a cheap led grow and i want light to be able to get to whole plant

Yes , many growers continue pruning/defoliating all the way through flower.

Don't go too crazy all at one time tho. Few fans here and there to open up air flow and light penetration is good
Great advice. And closer to the end of flower you don't really have to prune anything. I do most of it in veg or during the first few weeks of flower. But little by little for sure like you said. I don't go crazy on defoliation and only take off what's blocking airflow or bud sites. I also do a tiny bit of lollipopping to remove some of the lower useless stuff that won't develop well.
 
Also another thing I have 2 plants on is about 8 inches taller in flower can I super crop isent that bending the branches at tops can I do that durring a week and 3 days after I turned to 12 12
