p.s: i am not looking to yield pounds and pounds , i am actually gonna top them at about 2 and a half high , or lower so so dont think im gonna need 100watt per plant

actually cfls are about the same heat output has t12 tubes, it just seems like the tubes are cooler because theyre light covers more area and gets cooled faster/easier, while a cfl is concentrated. what im sayin is that a tube is long but less intense over a certain area wich makes it cool better, a cfl is more like a ball of light you get me

you can flower with them forsure, some ppl. say to use just warmW for flower, and just coolW for veg, but alot of people say a 50/50 mix all the way is best. young plants with just coolwhites have lanky skinny stems, mine at 6inches were almost as thick as a pencil .
im not sure if those (6400 and 2700) apply to tubes, ive only the term applied to cfl's.
ill admit im not a pro,but ill do what i can to help.

makes sence, when i had cfl's my fan made 2 hit eachother oneday and both poped, im lucky i wasnt in there glass was everywhere.
i killed the plants that were there and decided not to let any cfl's hang, ill mount them perminently on the wall if i ever get more.

btw your florecent tubes are strongest in the middle so rotate those plants so none beast over the others.
and you should try an autoflowering strain sometime
im checking that seed co. you posted
checkd it, do they only carry 4 kinds?if so i think you have earlypearl mixed with northernlightes

very good info i forgot to point out about the middle of tubes. with t12 tubes i have grown plants {10 years ago} and had leaves touch the tube w/o burning, and this was with no fan!!!! you seriously wanna keep them no more then an inch from your tubes....... i would get a hps myself. but we all gotta start somewere right

Ya 400Whps they only have 4 kind of strains , but for the price , i dont complain , thanks for the info ill think im gonna go with 4 40w tubes and 2 or 3 plants at a time

Chitonwsmoking , you do have to start somewhere , and when i get mor experience i will get a HPS how something similiar. But for now im staring slow and not spending too much cash

ya i get it , so you guys are saying in tubes the light is more concentrated in the middle of the tubes ?

correct, if you sog with auto's you can always have some starting and some finishing under the same lightes.
(the older ones in the middle/younger ones on the outside.)

ill be trying some of their seeds forsure, but i think the price is becouse it's a small company with only 4 strains(hopefully crowd pleasers or their out of luck)
from what iv read there good with sending things quikly and all, i havent seen any finished products from the yet tho.

higher N in veg, and higher P in bloom.
use the same brand of veg/bloom,they are usually made to compliment eachother(if they are different your plant can overdose on a certain chemical=rootlock)

it will work, but there is better out there. if your going with miracle gro read some of https://www.rollitup.org/newbie-central/149889-welcome-only-miracle-growers-allowed.html there's afew things you should know about itthe 2 t8's should be decent side light.are you doing them side by side or one above the other?

TOP lights are 4 tube 2 cool white and 2 warm white

side lights 20 watts each one warm and one cool
