Could I Use 2 14inch Fluorescent Lights Threw The Whole Grow? Why Or Why Not?

What kind of flouro is it? Whats the wattage? I'm only using one 18 inch Gro-Lux flouro and i think im going to use that thru my whole grow bcuz im not gorwing them too large, and im only growing 2 plants under the light. So u might b able 2, im jus tryin this out 2 see how it worx, hopefully get a couple buds, im hopein i git at least 2 oz's

that won't be enough nor will it provide the right light spec for an entire grow. 2 18" tubes can add up to about 3000 lumen max, so this is the bare min for veg and really slowing things down already. but still you gone need 6500K tubes to get it going in the first place, with 2700K you will get shit-less stretch only.
to flower you will need some major lumen's to get some place with and it has to be done with 2700K spec too! so the same tubes use to veg are no god to flower with. end to this
