Fluro's and seedlings. Strange growth w/pics

It said it was mg organic and it was about 5 dollars for the bag. But from what your all saying mg doesnt do organic. So the bag had me misinformed. This is actually the second grow, quite a few years back I grew outside in mg and they were gigantic. But outside is way easier 1 and 2 they had the sun not some shitty walmart fluros.

Also since those pictures I watered as instructed, they look even better and some are starting their third. But this is sadly very slow growth.

Could I transplant and switch out the soil without causing to much shock?
