Flush early flowering??!

It's been since about nov. Since my girls were baby clones. Should I flush them of buildup with straight tap water? Or let the water sit over a day?
One method I now do is jus boil tap water, let cool then feed- will this work?
I need to get like a garbage can and put water in there with an aquarium bubbled for distilling h20

O okay. What about for my first ? About flushing it so that all that build up can be clean?

when i was in soil i set my drippers for 3 feeds of nutes and 1 of 7.0 phed water per week so that i didnt get build ups
but to let your water sit is a good idea to remove any chlorine (use this to flush first time too eg question 1)
i always flush my plants every 4 th feed
and yes as below says water and air work great and is a great way to store your water

Go to wal mart or wherever and grab a few 10 gallon water bottles. Then a small air pump with a T and bubble 2 bottles at once.

Nice that's what I need to get then. The jugs need a pump still? Even thoug it's filtered
but yea good looking room sexy tent setup
