Flushing autos and curing propelry

Hey guys, first grow and in a few weeks I'm about to trim my plants . They are all auto flowers.. couple questions to not mess up my end product .

1) I'm gathering that there is no need to flush them , so I'm not going to ... ?

2) before trimming them , do you give them 2 days of darkness? Is that needed ?

3) trim and hang them all until stems "snap" not bend . Jar with humidity pack 62% and burp for the first couple weeks ?

Did I get it all or miss anything?

I don't know about the 2 days of darkness thing but other than that it looks and sounds like you got a handle on it.
Nice plants.

Your plants look great. A solid 3 weeks, at least. Skip the flushing. Harvest in the morning before the lights come on and that’s a good enough dark period. All it does is increase terpenes a little.

Not ready - keep going ( weeks )

Disregard breeder estimates period.

Plant finishes ( actual finish ) - as long as it takes even if it goes beyond what “ breeder says “ - your grow environment / lighting and skill will dictate the final result.

No need to flush as long as you had control on feed and were not heavy handed with excess. Besides flushing does nothing for plant , it doesnt remove anything plant stored - all you are doing is stripping the “ soil “ of excess not the plant.

Darkness has no benefit other than having plant secluded til “ you feel like chopping it “ like after work or anytime of day you want , not for some broscience reason.

Good advice above. On #3, don’t wait till they snap too much, as that’s bordering on too dry before the cure. You might also consider Grove Bags rather than jars and Bovidas. No going back for me. Happy harvest (in a few weeks or more).

Nice work so far!

IMO flushing is purely "etiquette based" and i feel the largest benefit is the onset or accentuation of fade. Lots of people Looove a faded plant & swear "it's used up all its nutrients or nitrogen" when in reality it's just signs of a dying or dead plant for any million reasons.

2 days dark, don't waste your time. Pure anecdotal, no truth to anything happening with anything.

Hang until the medium sized stems snap, but, pay attention to the flowers because maybe you have unusually thick branches? Pay attention to the flowers most of all. Humidity packs are more for long term storage AFTER cure, hang onto em and use them after your buds have been marinating for for a couple months. My personal advice? Don't use those at all, but if you decide to that's how I advise it ;) :bigjoint:
