Flushing/Harvesting Sativas by trich color question?

I have a 100% sativa and a sativa dominant strain in a DWC set up at 35 days flowering. I was wondering when to start my flush. Both have harvest times of 8-9 weeks. From what I've researched I'm thinking I should start flushing when the trichs are 75% cloudy/25% clear. I plan to flush with ro water for 3-5 days and then finish it off with flora kleen the last 2-3 days. I hear you dont really want too many amber trichs as it will take away from the head high of the sativa. Any suggestions on when to begin flushing a 100% sativa??

Anyone?

The strains are durban poison and trainwreck. I think i might try to have like 10% amber to give a little body buzz. Anyone have experiences with these strains?

begin flushing sativa dominate strains the last 2 weeks of its flowering stage!

^^I am in a DWC set up. Wouldnt I only need one week of flushing? and I was hoping to just go off of trich color when to begin flushing. So lets say they are 75% cloudy/ 25% clear and no amber towards the end of flower. I was thinkin I would start the 7-8 day flush at this point. By the end of the flush I'm assuming that a few trichs will go amber. So I would predominantly have cloudy trichs with a less than 10% amber at harvest. I was just hoping someone might be able to give me insight on how fast the sativa's trichs turn.

u should give it 2 week flushing minimum unless ur going organic.

by the way durban poison isn't 100% sativa. it's good though tasty hybrid.

amber trich can sneak up quick so i would start flushing when u see th most milky white.

If im growing organics how many weeks in advance should I flush?

Cool! thanks kremnon for shedin some light on the subject. I'll start the flush when they are mostly milky white.

The only part not organic about my grow is that I'm using Advanced Nutrients Big Bud and Overdrive. I'm sure those arent organic. Otherwise my grow would be organic.
