flushing hempy buckets?

how do you guys flush your hempy's and for how long? Ive got 2 in 5 gal buckets about 3 week til harvest.

I'm subscribed, wanted to now the answer to this myself.

I water with plain water when I think the PPM's of the bucket rez are too high.

Extra water is allowed to runoff and in this way the excess nutes / salts are removed from the hempy bucket.

I dont own a tester yet, but if you do you can check the PPM's of your runoff.

If its below 1100 then your within acceptable nute level for hydro.

Flushing to remove all the nutes in unnecessary. But to remove extra nutes that have built up is a good thing.

i would start to flush them 11-12 before harvest thats what i do the way to tell if ur plants are flushed properly is to cut a leaf of and taste the water inside if it tastes bitter then its not done flushing if it taste's like water then its done

WTF taste the water from a leaf........

no not from the leaf u have to cut a fan leaf of and taste the water coming out from the stem if it tastes bitter then its not done flushing but if it tastes like water then its done is what i ment try it u will see it tastes bitter but after a few days of flushing u will notice it starts to taste like water
