Flushing Question?

I know everyone says to flush your plants for 7 days or longer to get rid of any chemicals still left in the buds for a more cleaner smoke, but im in day 5 and i was just wondering if its really necessary to flush for that or longer. What if i didnt flush my plant at all and harvested will it leave a nasty smoke and ash bad? Ive been using fox farms open sesame, BB and cha ching the 3 steps for flowering...

the final flush is for your buds to burn and taste nice. flush throughout to prevent salt build-ups, it also helps you know exactly what you have in your soil..

Flush the F*** out of it....i would have flushed for more then 7 days. what you want is to get a TDS meter and want that number to be as low as possible.

its my first good grow, ive tried 2 other times with a homemade pc grow box, that didnt work to well haha, my plants came out real small and budded like a gram each no joke.. but ive got like fore sure more than 9 grams on this lil plant i grew, it was in my friends backyard from when we smoked sum bagseed lol, and its was about 2 months old and a foot and a half long, i threw it indoors under 3 cfls at first, it did well and i added 1 more light just to be safe, i got 2 42 watt bulbs the reddish color, and 2 reptisun 5.0 bulbs the kind that are for pets UVB...i heard Uvb can make buds more potent or sumthin like that, idc wat did i have to lose? so total i make about 7000 lumens or more maybe idk. is this enough to flower small time grows?

sorry i didnt mean to go on, this part shouldnt be in this are. but the buds came out alrite, theyre not that fat at all but smell great right now and "i cant believe its not Schwag" lol. well it doesnt look like meck, bagseed schwag watever u wanna call it.

dont forget to give it unsulphured blackstrap mollasses.

Dad told be flushed for like two weeks or more lol hes old schoo. Anyone's opinion on this? I am not a expert so dont listen to me lol

if you use blackstrap mollasses 2 weeks is alright i guess, but i go for a week and all is well, if your using chemical ferts and not organic ones 2 weeks might be needed but for organic based a week is plenty.

I usually flush for at least 1-2 weeks, then ease up on the water for at least 2-4 days depending on pot size, but im growing outdoor.

And he is using all chemical ferts.
