hello man yeah growing nightshade - its my first soil grow and hear ppl saying to flush out with 3 times the pot size, is this to be done all at once in one day or over a few days?

Flushing is done all at once, I'm not sure about Night Shade turning purple but it is Indica and I find with cooler temps at night alot of Indica turn color.
