Flushing

i tried a side by side with a couple plants last go round, I must say the "flushed bud" seemed to burn away quicker whilst the other maintained its leaves and continued fattening up till harvest day, where the other seemed to dull inself to a stop once the flushing began (roughly the third clean water day 6 is when I noticed it wasn't as happy) the other plant had its feed reduced to 600ppm week 9(11 week bud)and got a clean water every other watering with the nutes lessened a little bit as I pulled off, I think we tapered down to 380 ppm the last nute bath. anyways the bud tastes and smells a little more fragrant then the other, and the difference in highs was noticeable. might have had something to do with how fucked my plants got through the move, also why I didn't document it. but ill defiantly do some experimenting and documenting to at least put proof behind my words from now on. but from my experience a light feed at the end is optimal

No. I was someone who was a grower out in CA. I found it on a couple websites also. He’s the one thing I keep finding when I google it.

Tip:
When growing fruit producing plants we have all been told to spend ten to fourteen days at the end of the plants life cycle flushing out any nutrient flavor that has occurred during the life of the plant. However, we find that this information is misleading. Once a plant is built and designed with a salt based fertilizer and all the cells in the stems, leaves and fruit have been built it is not an easy task to remove that flavor from a plant. Our customers have run many trials and have found that by feeding a calcium based regimen all the way through, with the last five to seven days feeding Herculean Harvest, Aphrodites Extraction, and Olympus Up as a sweetener, not only did the quality of fruit improve, but they also saw a yield increase. Plants need that last stage in their lives (fall) to translocate all the sugars that they worked so hard to make through photosynthesis during their life span and relocate them into the fruit. Herculean Harvest, Aphrodite’s Extraction and Olympus Up aid in this process while adding extra flavor
That's just marketing nonsense to sell more product. I wouldn't waste my money on any of that stuff. I live in Oregon near the Hood River Valley where there are miles and miles of apple and pear orchards. They don't flush anything or use any of those products yet still manage to produce some of the best fruit grown in the United States. It's so good that they've been able to tap into the hard to enter Japanese market.

The only thing those overpriced cannabis specific products in shiny bottles with cool sounding names do is put your money into someone else's bank account.
