No need to flush if using organic soil mixes. You aren't putting anything harmful or chemical or toxic into your soil. I do agree with harvesting in the dark before lights on though. The plant stores all of the nutrients in the roots when lights out. So if you chop em before lights on, the nutes are still stored in the roots, not the buds.

Still, no need to flush when using 100% organic soil mixes. If you just add water and maybe a compost tea here and there, you are good to go.

I like to harvest during the hottest part of the day myself, being in Florida the humidity is so bad, we get bud rot. Mid day makes sure my buds are the most dry possible.
