Flushing

Ok so my first grow I made the stupid mistake of using miracle grow. I was at the grow shop tonight and the owner told me that I wont feel the effects of it until I get to the budding cycle and told me I have two options either transplant but since I am a month into veg some may not make the transplant or flush the soil which he has some flush for sale quite expensive though. so i was wondering what you guys think should I transplant? or should I flush the soil if so when? and what are some methods you guys have found to work great?? store bought chems or is there home remedy's?? just looking for options
thanks for any help!

Nothing wrong with m.g my man

I use it on all my grows

Whats wrong with your plant to make you think you need to flush ?

Any pics ?

M.g already has nutes in it that feeds up to 3 months so you only need to water with ph water , if you add nutes to your water then your gonna burn your plants cuz you giving more nutes on top of the nutes thats already in the soil

You do not need any flushing chems to flush , the grow shop just wants your money so their gonna say what they need to get you to spend it

When you flush , just use reg ph water

Whats the point of flushing with chems when your flushing to get all that shit out anyway ya know

Are your plants looking healthy now or not?

And yeah why are you flushing with chemicals? The point of flushing is using plain water (pH right) to get rid of the chemicals! Unless his trying to sell you plain water:shock:

I see no reason to flush that plant, and I absolutely see no reason to buy that guy's expensive flushing agent.

They look fine to me my man

Looks a little over watered though but thats it

Plant 4 does not need to be in a 5 gal bucket yet though , let it build a good root structure first then pot up

Also since their in 5g buckets just water a little around the seedlings , not the whole bucket

If you water the whole bucket it wont dry out quick enough for the seedling and damping off might set in

What lights are you using? Surely plant 3 and 4 arn't 6 weeks old.
But as far as their feed is going they're looking healthy nutrient wise, i personaly don't think the transplant is necessary nor is the flushing just keep using plain ph'd water and they should be fine!

Still interested as to what light you're using as that could be the reason to there size.

Ok I am gunna try and answer these questions and give a little more info

I am useing MG 6 month feeding with micro max and latley have been adding a little sensi grow a&b less then half of what the bottle recommends should I quit with the sensi grow for now?

I am using a 400 watt ML

I am worried they are not drying fast enough how can I fix this let them dry out and water less??

plant 3&4 germinated and sprouted at the same time 1&2 did plat 4 just seems to be growing very slow I actually though it was dead but then bang stared to sprout some healthy looking leafs its just growing SLOOOOOOOW plant 3 I think I kept in in a little cup to long I ran out of soil so it was just recently transplanted but seems to be growing as fast as 1&2

Yes water less

roots grow better through dry soil then wet

Only water once or twice a week when your soil is pretty much dried out

You will see them start to droop a little , just water then and they will perk right back up with in 30 mins

That way you know your not over watering

Or just stick a clean finger right into that soil and test yourself, you're god to them you know what they want when they want. But yeah listen to Goten he knows what his talking about (I personaly dislike M.G) and never trust that dodgey shop owner again haha. Goodluck and keep up with them man there lookin nice wouldn't want to let them get wasted due to some dodgey advice from a money feind. Nd before you know it 4 could be your biggest plant!

If you're using M.G there's no need for it, until they are quiet mature and could tolerate and do with the extra nutes. But i wouldn't advise it as it is way to easy to go over board with nutes with M.G. Long story short stop using it now, wait till the plant is bigger then try adding a small miniscule amount and work off them effects. You're god remember you can see what it wants.

Who ever told you to flush while using MG soil is an idiot lol. MG nutes are water soluble, so every time you give your plants water, you give your plants food. Flushing them will just give them a ton of food all at once and burn your plants up. Nothing wrong with using MG you just have to watch your watering schedule. I didn't even have to add any nutes to my last grow until the middle of flowering when the plants were about 3 months old.
