99w spiderfarmer SF1000Nice dude, what lights are you running?
This is a Malawi gold at day 48 from seed...she has 18 mains on her and is already in flower so 42 day aproxHey SS, how long do you veg for after you've acquired the X amount of tops you want? Let's say 18 tops you have them tied down and even, how long would you veg at this point. I'm asking because I plan to try this in my stealth grow which is only 56inchs in head height, minus the 5gal bucket they are sitting in. Should I expect to flip right after getting my acquired tops?
I know this also depends greatly on strain and I only plan to grow indica dominant strains in this cabinet and I also use blue supplement LEDs during stretch to keep the plants shorter.
but usually i veg for 1 week longer after i have my amounth of branches so that they can come up a bitHey SS, how long do you veg for after you've acquired the X amount of tops you want? i have 46 inches of total height in 2 boxes and i grow led so i am obligated to grow as flat as possibleHey SS, how long do you veg for after you've acquired the X amount of tops you want? so your plant manipulation makes alot of sense.so i am obligated to grow as flat as possible
Second node and i guide them out in a T-Shape from there and next as they grow out i only keep the horizontal secondaries and remove the vertical ones to not overcrowed her and when they are a week into flower i start binding and bending 4 inward to fill in the middle part....like in this next session i did this morning on the Malawi goldso your plant manipulation makes alot of sense.
Do I see this correctly you top at the first node? How about the timing?
Out of exp i use the pairy ones because they are more open(meaning the inner works of the stem) to guide the nutes arround in a more even way then the unpairy ones....for what reason i still am figuring out but she recovers faster from topping when you top at 2nd-4th and so on like you would with basic mainline and the flow of nutesVery interesting, I'll be following allong. Who did teach this technique to you, or is it your invention? The carcass whats left after harvest looks like these facehugger creatures from the Alien movies.
This Fruity Pebbles strain looks amazing.... its a really remarkable budform plus the color and then these top leaves look like ears
BTW can you say from experience how many nodes will be there with a pair of leaves, or does this change from plant to plant? It seems to me your only using the pairy nodes, isn't it?
