Fly on seed that just popped

I have just 2 seeds that popped today. They haven't even shed the husk and I saw a small fly on the coco. The seeds are in Rapid Rooters in Canna coco in cups. I sprayed a little Takedown on the coco and tried not to spray the Rapid Rooters. I can see a few tiny white specks on the Rapid Rooters and the coco. What should I do?

OK now I think. I put the seeds & Rapid Rooters in new cups of coco after using tweezers to remove any white spots from the plugs. I sprayed the plugs & coco with a cal-mag solution and they seem to have started growing again. Just the cotyledon leaves & a tiny pair of veg leaves on one so far while the other baby started up again lifting it's husk.

Make sure there is a slight air blowing over the top of your leaves and add yellow sticky traps, they should catch any bugs flying around and you can keep track of the population.
