flying ant problem

i went to water my plants earlier and noticed alot of flyin ants on my plants i put water all over them but i was wondering if anyone else had ever had this problem or will they harm my plants

no ur allright, they wont touch it,,,i must be due the swarm shortly (seen little ones in nest)
they ll be gone in couple of hours.

I agree with backdoor.Your plant just happens to be in the way.Few ant species are vegans.
