So long story short, these ladies got away from me. I don't want to have to start over, its an option but I want to avoid it. I'm in SoCal, can I throw them outside ? Top before flipping ? Need some ideas ladies and gentlemen. Any help is appreciated.

Many options here buddy. You can snap em, bend em , tie em down, cut a foot or so off ( i wouldnt do the last one tho). If it were me id buy a nylon screen and either attach it to the walls or build a frame. Then put it to the desired height. Weave your plants under the screen and use reusable zip ties or string or whatever to keep em down. Youll be just fine the stems usually wont break till week 2.5-3 of bloom. Good luck mannnnn

Yes that is exactly what needs to be done. On thing ive learned over the years is this plant wants to grow. You can do many strange things to it and it will still grow. We are men, they are plants. Make them do what you want them too, not the other way around :)

Id top them all down to about 2' 10" away from your bulb and hard screen them like coliseum seating, wait two and a half or three weeks while tucking an flip em. Thats what id do. Oh id also lolly pop them because when they do start to flower theyll bush out alot.

Nice work thats the spirit! If at all possible id drop that screen another 8" or so. Try to posistion and weave all the plants in pattern that leaves most of the screen covered. You can flip the lights right now if you like. Even if you leave the screen at the height it is you will be ok. I suggest lowering it so a lot of the growth below the screen wont have to be cut off. Either way you run it they will be good. What i normally do is wait about 2 weeks or so into bloom so the big stretch is about done and then cut anything that isnt at screen level or close enough to turn a blind eye to. They will try to fight and pull the screen up so make sure everything is secure. Looks good tho nice work it will definatly do the job

Nice work! Thats perfect. So ya, id let them go for two or three weeks until the screen fills up and then flip them. Who knows, it might take longer but thats just my guess. Fill that screen and then bamo! And yes, youll have to clean out the bottom stuff because youll get no light through the screen to grow anything! No light, no good. Dont listen to pompus pricks who tell you defoliation is bad in scrog, you did awesome. Read up on scrog and your going to have a great harvest :D

I thought about the hieght and reason I went with this hieght is because all the plants bent over without too much stress. Plus I'm 6'3 and I figured i would have to be under the screen. Trimming all that undergrowth and water. So I needed the extra room. Know that, think I still need to lower it?i thinki could today but not after today

Its totally up to you for the height. If it were me id drop it the other 8 inches but either is ok. For watering here is a trick i use. Get a container 5 gal or ten gal or 1,000,000 gal whatever is handy. Then get a $20 pump from the grow shop or petco it doesnt matter. Connect a tube to that pump maybe 7-8 feet long. Get a stick about 3-4 feet long and hook it up to the tube. You have now just made an indoor garden hose that will easily reach under the screen :) besides being able to lower the screen it is a big pain in the ass to maneauver a watering can around a full canopy and not spill any on the buds. I would flip the lights now because over the next 2 weeks that screen is gonna really fill in. Youll probably have to rearrange the plants pattern once or twice during the stretch. If you let it fill in %100 then flip the lights it will get overcrowded real fast

Those are looking really nice.
I do something similar and use the bucket head wet vac from home depot to empty the run off from the trays.
Those are going to be monsters to trim. :blsmoke:
