Foam Board LED Grow Cab

I was thinking of using a 1 1/2 inch thick 4'x8' sheet of silver/mylar sided insulation board to create an approximate 24''x24''x48'' 1 plant grow chamber. A sheet is maybe $20 at HD. I pretty much have all the rest of the build as left over materials stored in my garage. I plan to use metal tape to hold the foam board together and have the top and bottom made of white or silver coated plywood drilled for passive ventilation. The bottom will be permanently attached to the chamber and have legs to ensure good airflow from the open space below. I plan/expect to supplement airflow from below with a small house fan as the plant develops and impedes airflow through the box to the exhaust holes in the lid. The top will be semi-removable for beginning and end steps. A two foot section in the middle of the facing panel will be removable for routine maintenance. This removable 24''x24'' panel will be fixed to the box via magnets.

All lights will be LED bulbs attached to either fixed or pivot plug sockets. I will permanently attach a 6 outlet power strip to the top and each side that will accept the plug sockets. The strips will be daisy chained and all cords zipped for safety profile.

I'm not worried about odor and minimal light leaks due to passive ventilation holes, but can easily see some after build mods to address those properties.

Has anyone used this material and does it have any safety concerns that I'm not aware of? This grow is more a recreational low budget than high quality smoke.

I've seen hid grow rooms built out of the pink foam board. So I don't think you'll have a problem but I'd still use screws to hold it together instead of tape
