Foliage curled - claw?

Hydroton for ebb and flow for sure. If it is dwc there is just no place for rockwool other than a 1" starter cube so hydroton there too. Top drip coco is the shit.
Edit: my current grow I cut as much rockwool off as I could and popped em in coco. Best decision I made all year. It's in my sig if you want to check it.

I had the same issue with some super og.... genetics it was.... the bitches just clawed up and stayed like that...but check the ph and nutes levels

You're on the right track. Everyone says you can't overwater rockwool but it happens all the time. If you can get the roots healthy and filling most of the block then it is hard to overwater cause they are suckin it up. Otherwise those blocks stay wet for ever. Make sure to keep ph straight and don't feed too much. I am peaked at 500 ppm/1.0 EC at almost 6 weeks flowering. Maybe add some root excellerator or another type of root stimulant. Flood less for now and step it up as they get back on track also make sure you have good airflow below the canopy.

I grew ww and it is delicious. Definitely couch lock indica buzz and kind o fuel taste. Loved it. This is the first run with these two strains so the jury I still out. I hope to pull them around the end of th month. this dude grotesque just pulled some super skunk and says it is knock you out kinda shit. Looks excellent. I have some tga strains and some other shit I am going to run in soil. I have always had a good experience with nirvana though.
