foliar feeding during flowering day 28

its day 28 on 12/12. I'm thinking foliar feeding my 4 plants would give them a little boost and maybe help make bigger buds in the long run. currently the leaves aren't as dark green as i would like they are a little bit yellowing at the tips mostly from the light being to close even though its on a light mover. im hoping this would help a little with that. here are the pics:

personaly i think you should NEVER spray when there flowering , to much water is bad. i also think that the leaves are yellowing because they should be, it is in BUD after all, using potassium and potash more than nitrogen.....
