Hello rollitup world. New fool here saying hello. I have a hypothesis that I'd like to support with a theory and present to the forum for criticism. I'm not a scientist, I had to look the big words up. In spite of what we've come to accept, seeded weed is better to smoke than seedless weed. This would be the hypothesis. Would you smoke seeds? At least more than that one time you did? Because swollen calyx's are false seed pods, this means only that the plant has no hard shelled container into which to pump it's reproductive juices so it just pumps them into the calyx. And what are those juices? The crucial one for this discussion is seed oil. I mean hemp seed oil. Like flax (linseed) oil, like the linoleum in my kitchen and that oiliness that appears on the paper half way thru a joint. That isn't THC my friends, it's just hemp oil. I don't need it and I don't want it. Fuck swollen calyxes. The answer, this is the theory, is to pollinate when calyxes begin to swell, thus trapping the seed oils in a shelled husk, a never to mature seed, which can easily be separated and discarded. Can this be wrong? I'm ready to believe it. Does anyone else?
