Tripple this!
You will need ~30-35w per sft., 1,8m² are 19,4sft. So I call it 20sft, multiply this with the 30-35w and you need 600-700w!

12 COB's, 3 hlg-185h-c1400 or 2 hlg-320h-C1400

You can start with one of this setups to veg and add the other two 4 COB setups later or start with a 6 COB/hlg-320 setup and add another one later.
Remember, you would need 1000w of hps for this space...

Looks pretty much the same!
It depends on what you want,
- CRI80 means 1-2 weeks more, but better yield, more nodes, lower heights,
- CRI90 is 1-2 weeks faster, but less yield, less nodes and more stretch.

Time savings should offset less yield in a permanent setup, 6 possible runs with CRI80 per year vs 7 with CRI90...
