Its got full spectrum and has dimming capabilities. Is this a winner? Can't see the price but I think it should be close.

Dude I had Chinese blurple led and guess what? I have cree and citizen cob diy fixtures now..with 400w off the wall And I can bet It will put any chinese noah or no ahhh led in shame..
Best option for you are timber grow lights.. Dont be a sucker, listen to me.. Or just visit cob section And ask them,..They will tell you same!
