I recently started:
6 feminized AK-47 seeds from Attitude (from Serious Seeds)
5 feminized White Widow seeds from Nirvana
All seeds were germinated using the paper towel method, and planted in ph-balanced rockwool cubes once taproots were a quarter inch long...
The Attitude seeds (Serious Seeds AK-47) aggressively bursted the surface of the rockwool cubes with a vengeance.
The Nirvana seeds (White Widow) lagged way behind. 4 of them broke the surface, but only 2 are anywhere near as aggressive as the ones from Attitude.
I know the strain differences may account for some of these diffrerences, but this pattern is not new to me. My experiences have been that Attitude seeds are more reliable and aggressive (and more disease-free) than Nirvana seeds.
I'll never order from Nirvana again, regardless of their great prices...although I have had some success with their seeds. If you can afford it, I highly recommend Attitude. If not, then Nirvana isn't bad.
