People really have nothing better to do but hate. Funny how there's some of you can post here but can't email our support. If you don't email support then how are we supposed to help?

Everyone receives their orders and yes we got backed up a few months ago but it's not anyone's business. We have thousands of clones and seeds, that's not an issue.

Fuck you. You gotta some nerve to come on here and act like it's the customers fault. I gave you ample time to get my order filled, even hit you up when I was in Portland. Excuse after excuse. You got a ton of people with your scam shit, seedbankreviews posted everyone of them. Send my money back if you wanna make it right, but I know you won't.

The problem is how you guys handle your issues. We have thousands of seeds and clones we're fine. So if you want what you want then be rational. Your choice.
Don't come on here and act like it's the customers fault for not hitting up "suppprt". First off, you said you ran the "business" by yourself, so no, I'm not going to email support to talk to the same fucking jackass. Secondly, you had 5 months to make my order right. I asked for a refund, you wouldn't do it. Then proceed to block me after I start warning people you are a scam artist.

You can come on here and make it seem like you care about your customer service, I know you do not and the hundreds of others you scammed know it too. Trying to make me like a bad guy for not contacting support, seriously, fuck you.

Personally I wouldn't use instagram to buy anything. It's owned by Facebook which is a CIA operation. If you need to buy online, use strainly and be cautious.

First off I've emailed support fucking 10 times asking when theyll ship. You came on here cause I'm on all the forums telling everybody your just a fucking scam. Because it doesn't take a fuckin month to ship 10 seeds when you keep sayin it'll be next week, o itll be the week after that. Now here we are over a month no replies back no seeds your a fuckin scam. I've tried messaging the Instagram and I get told the same shit so fuck you. I'd like my fucking seeds you piece of shit either back up your word or face the consequences of everybody saying fuck your scam.

Instagram name was Dogtoe. You know who I am. You stole $640 from me. Wanna make it right? Shoot me a dm. If not, shut the fuck up. Simple as that.

It is actually someone’s business. Yours.

If you are handling customer service poorly, and often even if you are not, people will get upset. My instinct, based on experience, is that your communication faltered because you had a supply problem you were scrambling to solve, and threads like this are part of the price you had to pay for that. I could be wrong, but I am not new at life, I have been on both sides of those sort of things more than once.

I appreciate that you had the guts to reply directly, but I feel like your reply is unprofessional, frankly. Best wishes, and fight the good fight. I give no fucks about this situation, except that I am both a business owner and a consumer, one who cares about the ethics and practices on both sides.
