Forbidden Runtz on day 65 and not flowering.

This Forbidden Runtz from fast buds will not bud for some reason. Average temp 75 f average rh 54. Fed 3 part Advanced Nutrients with silica, calmag, and recharge once a week. Has a little bit of nute burn from last feeding when I gave it some Beastie Blooms by fox farms to cut back on nitrogen. Have done LST and defoliation. I even used a Beelux with it on flower setting that has gotten my other autos to flower thus far and no luck. So I updated my light set up since par levels were a little on the low side for flowering and no change yet.The other two autos in the tent are about 2 weeks from harvesting and the plan was to use the same place to dry but I might need a new plan. Need advice on if I should continue waiting or is it possible to make it flower manually.

Lol guess it's time I accept reality I just got done talking with a rep from FastBuds and the suspect it's a photo. Said they would replace the seed but I don't know if this a stable auto to grow indoor I would most likely just wait till outdoor season .

Looks to be the case. I didn't want it to be a photo haha. It's like expecting one baby but then ending up with twins! Changes my whole grow schedule and pushes back other seeds I've been wanting to pop lol
