Forced Hermi...

Hello.

A few years back I had a monster northern lights from seedsman that never finished. One of the issues was that we lost power for three days 3/4 of the way into flowering.
That was a nightmare as of course it was middle of summer and hotter n hell out but anyways: 1st day I didn't know how long power would be out so I left the NL in the dark,
2nd day I started figuring that it could be awhile so I took her out of the closet and used semi-direct sunlight from a window well for approximately the right hours. 3rd day the power returned
but I had the first 1/2 of the day with that same window well treatment. She was too far into flowering for me to notice much happening negatively.

Long story short...the strain never fully finished and I chopped her. Smoke was below average imo and I noticed that there were a few seeds in some of the bigger colas. Not a million or anything...maybe 6 seeds in 3 or 4 colas each. (I am a Nazi about no males ever sticking around past pre-sex...so I know it was the light farq up.)

So I stopped growing for quite awhile as it was for personal only and I couldn't keep up with supply. Felt the itch to go again...didn't have any seeds around except for one of the better looking seeds from the failed NL.

It's shown it's tits now. (as I knew it would...all seeds from a hermied female are feminized) The question is...what are my hermi odds on this chica?

your herm percent is the whole gammet could be 10% could be 95% but deff a herm
a herm pregod by itself does not = femed seeds it = herms

a true female forceced to herm collected pollen and dusted on a true female not a herm = femed seeds
any pollen on any herm = herm

if you start wit a herm and get pollen gona end wit herms not fems

can grow them out if you need smoke see how bad they tern out might herm to hell
might just be a few balls and can pick them off and still smoke

Agree with Dwezelitsame. There's no telling what you'll end up with.

I have just stressed the hell out of my hermi bagseed plant and there's no sign of herming 6 weeks into flower. It's been through nute burn, nute deficiency, heat stress and re-potting. Looking weird, but still a flowering 100% female. I'd give it a go if you're not planning on buying seeds from a bank.

Look at it as a propensity to hermi. I had something similar happen my first grow. Except it was a 2 week power outage, in January, after an ice storm with temps in the house below freezing. Plants were halfway through flower. The Lockdown hermied and the Hashberry developed some seeds. I've been growing descendants from those first seeds ever since and never had another hermi. My case was pretty extreme however. Your plant hermied after what should have been fairly mild stress. I'd stay away from the seeds for that reason alone.
